Lakefront walkout 10 mi from GR, kayaks, breakfast

Treat yourself to some R & R in our guest suite on Little Pine Island Lake, a private 200 acre spring fed lake just 10 miles N of downtown Grand Rapids. Enjoy the beautiful view from a large walk-out deck; take kayaks or paddle boards out exploring. Fishing dock. Private backyard w campfire circle. Private entrance to large living room w/ fireplace, two bedrooms, full bath. Central air/heat, high speed Wifi, Keurig, mini fridge, microwave. New flooring in all rooms, no carpet. No shared spaces. The space Our guests love being so close to downtown Grand Rapids, yet so far from a city vibe. Chill on the sunset deck and watch the evening sky light up; see the waterlilies open up in the morning after a good night’s sleep in our comfortable beds, and enjoy plenty of space to work or play. High speed WiFi, Central air/heat, fireplace in living room, large screen smart TV w/free access to HBO, Netflix, Prime, etc. Keurig coffee maker w/ a selection of coffees and teas, small fridge stocked with complementary bottled water and juice; toaster and microwave. Breakfast included with two night stay. The front walk out bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a double. Living room has a large comfortable couch, and we have self inflating deluxe air mattresses available, too. Guests are welcome and encouraged to use our kayaks, canoe and paddle board to go exploring; life jackets and beach towels, sunscreen, and bug spray provided. Enjoy lakeside dining, many eateries nearby offering take out or delivery. Weber grill available upon request. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the lower level of the house, which has a private entrance and large adjoining lakefront deck. A rather steep outdoor stairway leads from the street level, where driveway parking is available, down to the lakefront level unit. My husband and I use the upper level unit, which has been remodeled to be completely separate/ sealed off from the lower unit, with no access between the two levels. Guests also have exclusive use of the yard, sunset deck, and lakefront. The only shared amenity is the boat dock, which we may access -with our little dogs- should we go out boating. Other things to note Please note the rather steep outdoor stairway leading to the property. There are additional steps from the deck to the yard, and some indoor steps as well. Please use the life vests provided with all watercraft, and request a tutorial for anything unfamiliar to you before using. Beach towels, sunscreen and bug spray available at no charge. We have plenty of seating and soft lighting on the deck for outdoor dining; dinnerware, etc. available upon request.
