Via Roma House, Carloforte

Enjoy a vacation in this house entirely at your disposal in the center of Carloforte. The building was built in 1924 on Via Roma, behind the characteristic little square in the heart of the town, very close to the port and the bustling center of Carloforte. We fell in love with this house, which we have completely renovated, trying to keep the historical features as much as possible. The original stairs that divide the areas of the house create a natural privacy for those who stay there. The space The first floor has a bright living area with a sofa and dining table, then there is a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need and a balcony overlooking a secondary street and therefore sheltered from prying eyes. The first floor also includes a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are 2 bright double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The highlight, however, remains the third floor where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a relaxation area with TV. From here you can access the terrace that overlooks the roofs of the village, also giving you the opportunity to enjoy an open-air area where you can regenerate after a day spent on the beautiful beaches of the island, away from the chaos of the summer nightlife. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and the load-bearing walls with their thickness and material ensure that the house maintains a pleasant temperature even in the hottest months.
