Casa Francisco : Family Villa with private pool.

If you want to be somewhere offering relative peace and quiet, near to beaches and restaurants but also to be within easy reach of Albufeira for something more lively when the mood takes you, then this is the ideal place. It is a great place for a family holiday. The space The ground floor consists of an open plan living and dining area with patio doors opening onto the pool area, a well equipped kitchen, laundry room, a family bathroom with bath / shower, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms - one of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other has 2 single beds in each. There is a circular staircase leading to the 1st floor which houses the double ensuite bedroom, with balcony which has views to the ocean. There is also a sitting area adjacent to the bedroom with a sofa bed. This has a door leading to the other part of the balcony with a shaded seating area. All bedrooms, the sitting area with the sofa bed and the living room have dual air conditioning/heating units. The outside space is particularly lovely with a kidney shaped pool measuring approximately 8m x 4m. This is heatable (additional cost of €250 per week). It is surrounded by a sunbathing area and gardens laid to lawn. It is south west facing so gets the sun for most of the day. In addition there is an outside table tennis table. For al fresco dining, there is a stone dining table with chairs and a bench, next to the BBQ area and kitchen. 8 sun beds are provided as well as parasols. Guest access The villa and gardens are for the sole use of our guests. Other things to note Air conditioning is provided to all bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the 2 downstairs bedrooms and a standing fan in the upstairs bedroom. For the cooler months heating is provided by way of dual heating /air con units, some portable electric heaters and a log burner in the lounge. A starter pack of logs is provided. Any extra required during your stay is an additional cost. Maid service is every 7 days or for stays of 10 days, maid service and change of linen and towels is provided half way through your holiday.
