You’ll have full use of the concrete driveway with FREE PARKING. Gravel driveway is for my vehicles. Other things to note The garage and downstairs suite is my wife’s and I personal space. We have a completely secure and separate keyed entrance located at lower level in backyard. Our parking area is the gravel driveway. Guests have use of entire concrete driveway. Feel free to invite your fellow coaches and players to park in concrete driveway as the property borders the baseball fields. No children under the age of 4 as the seashells and other decor are potential choking hazards. The house is not childproof. Must contact the Capt. prior to booking if you have a child under 4.
