Loaction is key to this local style surf camp. Walk to the best surf breaks in San Jose del Cabo, Costa Azul beach . Also not far from town, restaurants, shopping and activities. It features a kingsize bed, small outdoor kitchen with gas stove and sink. Full size refrigerador inside. The outhouse has normal plumbing with good water pressure. Now with on demand hot water heater available.There is a camp fire área, space for tent setup and hammocks.Wifi and Parking free The space The space is a large lot with two palapa style units. each with their separate bathrooms in the yard. The cabin is the main dwelling, it has a loft bedroom with a king size bed and upstairs patio. The day bed/couch can be used for one person to sleep and there is also a hammock inside and out.. An extra air mattress with full bedding can be added for an extra $25usd. There is a small outside kitchen with gas stove, but there is a full size refrigerator inside. and a bathroom in the yard. There is good wate pressure and one of the bathrooms has an on demand water heater. The yard has plenty of space to set up tents, hang another hammock, enjoy the campfire and many plants. The campfire ican be shared area as there may be other renters in the smaller uni,t but that is a rare occasion. There are always improvements being done poco poco..the latest are the stairs and railing for the upstairs bedroom, bedside table and we are working on a new patio section for a small seating area in the shade with the view of the backyard. New photos coming soon.. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property except the other unit that may be rented. Other things to note The gate needs to remain closed even when people are there, because we have random cows that cruise through the neighborhood and would love to come in an eat all the plants. I encourage garbage separation and there is a compost area.
