You will have the whole house to yourselves; a comfy living room (with sofa bed), an open plan kitchen-dining area, a cosy double bedroom and a large south facing garden. The house is also run off solar power so you can enjoy an eco-friendly stay. In Werburgh's you will be spoilt for nice walks, the best pubs and a friendly community, neighbourhood vibe. The space Our home is nice and spacious with a lovely garden and everything you need. There are lovely pubs, coffee shops, butcher, veg shop and restaurants nearby. We aren't far from the city centre. There is 1 double room with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area for extra guests. Our house usually comes with our cute little cat called pumpkin. She’s sweet and friendly and it just involves you feeding her when you stay. Other things to note Feel free to help yourself to anything in the fridge, tea, herbs and spices. Please use the dishwasher. You have to pull out a drawer under the hob to find the cutlery. And to use the microwave you have to push the toggle to open the door and select settings. Green bin is general waste, copper and black bin is all recycling, food waste bin under sink.
