This beautiful luxury home overlooks the Shenandoah Valley and sits at the top of 60 acres at the Rolling River Holiday properties. This home was designed to welcome in the outside and create a wonderful and cheerful home environment from the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating and the gorgeous mountain and pond views! There are 3 bedrooms, one of the main floor off of the common area and 2 on the second floor, each with their own bathroom and wonderful views of the blue ridge mountains. There is also an additional bathroom on the main floor. We have a living room, dining room and full kitchen on the main level that open to a welcoming main level deck and fire pit. On the second floor we have another cozy living room and small kitchen between the 2 second floor bedrooms. The second floor living room also opens out to a second floor deck to enjoy the views from a higher elevation. The attic is cozy yet spacious and is a great place for a movie night or for the kids to play if they want to take a break from the outdoors! There is also a pull out couch for extra sleeping space. Additionally, there is a laundry room in the attic for guest use as well. There is private river access within 0.4 miles walking distance of the home and can also be easily accessed if driving. We also offer a few kayaks free of charge on request for the river, and tubes are also available for rent/purchase. Don't miss out on this beautiful escape! When you vacation in a Rolling River Holidays property, plan on stepping away from it all, and relaxing in the privacy of your own rural retreat. Occasionally problems do creep up, but 24/7 we are only a phone call away to help make it right again. The house is tucked away on a private road with only a couple other houses nearby. There are beautiful views with no shortages of comfortable places both inside and outside the house to enjoy them. The two decks are great spaces for soaking in the sun, drinking your morning coffee with a book, or watching the sun go down in the evening. Only a few miles from 522, the home has easy access to both Front Royal and Winchester, and interstate 66. It is in the country so you will need a car to get to it and get around while during your stay. Access to the property includes about 1 mile of gravel road along the river. It is privately maintained. We ask our guests to please drive slowly and respect speed limit of 15 miles per hour. We allow pets with an additional fee of $25/night/pet.
