PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING 📌📌📌 We are located in Capão Bonito - São Paulo 📌📌📌 Great location. Exclusive and full access to guests. The area is quiet, close to a bakery, markets, gas station, pharmacy and restaurants. Located on the street next to Porthal Rastro da Serpente. 🐍 It accommodates up to 5 people. One double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed (or extra mattress if you prefer). We accept up to TWO small or medium-sized pets. The space Guests will have the ENTIRE HOUSE available to them. BEDROOM with a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, mirror and air conditioning ❄️ We also have an extra mattress and sofa bed. KITCHEN equipped with utensils, some amenities and condiments for you to prepare your own meal. LIVING ROOM combined with the kitchen, but cozy to relax watching TV. We offer access to Netflix and Globoplay. Spacious BATHROOM. GARAGE for 1 passenger vehicle (does not accommodate a van) with manual gate. WE PROVIDE items such as a blanket, sheet, towel and soap. In the kitchen, you will find salt, sugar, as well as some culinary spices. For 🟢 stays longer than 7 days, we offer weekly housekeeping at no extra cost (to be arranged). 🟢 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, just for them. Other things to note I live next to the advertised house and will always be available to help. Other important notes about our space: 1) Our outlets are 110v. 2) Free PARKING inside the property. Currently, the gate is manually operated. 3) GUEST: Whenever you bring someone, be sure to let us know. Overnight stays for guests outside the app are not allowed. 4) We DO NOT allow parties and excessive noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. in respect of our neighbors. 5) We offer items such as a blanket, sheet, towel and soap. In the kitchen you will find salt, sugar, as well as some culinary spices. 6) We are PET FRIENDLY. We accept up to two small and medium-sized pets. Our space is even super safe for your pet. However, remember that any damages caused are your responsibility. 7) We offer a washing machine in the property next door, I just ask that you let me know beforehand if you are interested. 8) Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the house. 🚭 The smell of cigarettes ends up in upholstery and furniture. We prioritize the cleanliness of our space and when extra cleaning is required due to bad odors, additional charges can be made here in the app. However, we offer smokers a designated space at the rear of the property.
