The apartment has two large bedrooms with double beds, a large terrace, and is fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to the bus that goes directly to Trondheim city center. In Heimdal city center you will find several shops and restaurants, City Syd shopping center is a few minutes away by car. The space Heimdal is located about 10 km south of Trondheim city center. You will find a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Line 2 goes directly to the city center, this takes about 25 minutes. We recommend downloading the AtB app, where you will find timetables and can buy tickets. Heimdal city center is 1 km from the apartment, here you will find several shops and restaurants. City Syd shopping center with 78 shops and restaurants is a 5-minute drive away, 25 minutes to walk. Bus line 1 goes directly there from Heimdal station. Guest access Guests have access to the entire half, two floors totaling about 94 sqm. A parking space is just outside the house, extra parking is available outside on the roadside by the orange house Other things to note Since this is a semi-detached house with a neighbor with small children, please be considerate of noise. Therefore, keep music/TV at a normal level and be quiet outside in the evening. No parties or events are allowed. No smoking inside, and do not use outdoor shoes inside. If bed linen is not provided when you arrive, I will inform you where it is located. Tidy and clean after your stay, leave the apartment as you find it. Remove bed linen and put it in the laundry basket in the bathroom. If cleaning is not performed, a cleaning fee will be charged. The car is parked on the left by the hedge when you drive into the house, the other parking spaces belong to the neighbor. Extra cars can be parked along the road by the orange house. Unfortunately, I do not have an electric car charger, but fast chargers can be found at Rema Heimdal, about 2 minutes by car from the apartment. Garbage containers are located in the gray shed on the left as you exit the house. Possibly use the container by the lawn marked Airbnb. There has been a cat in the apartment until about Easter 22. There may therefore still be traces of it for allergy sufferers.
