The space This beautiful 2-story home underwent a full kitchen and lower bathroom remodel last 2024, it features 3-bedrooms, 2-full baths and 2-common spaces with a fully stocked kitchen ready for the gourmet cook. Ground floor - The ground floor features the new kitchen with dining table for (6) and an island with sitting for the kids. Additional sitting area off the kitchen with a wood stove and super soft leather recliners with full view of the river front. Master living room with smart TV and an addition gas fire stove for additional relaxation. (2) lower bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom with tub and shower. Pantry and laundry room with all of the amenities. 2nd floor futures the master loft with an on-suite bathroom, large jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, queen bed and a large new futon sofa - bed combo with full view of the Deschutes River thru the A-Frame windows. Guest access The house is complete with (4) sets of snowshoes, snow ski's, tubing-sledding accessories & access to the state's Worlds Famous Mt. Bachelor Snow Mobil parks, Snowshoe Parks and Snow Tube Hills with all of the needed amenities for your enjoyment & extreme sports desirers at the parks. Other things to note We ask that you please be respectful of others in the neighborhood and keep the noise down between the hours of 10pm to 8am! Stay on the blacktop driveway and do not park on the grass or dirt with vehicles or trailers. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. If you are looking for a party house, I would ask that you please look elsewhere.
