SPECIAL GOOD 9/1/23 -3/31/24 STAYS ONLY. Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking. The bedroom has 2 full XL size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart TV with cable. There is a 30' dock with electricity located just outside the condo. The fish cleaning station is located directly across the street. We also have a picnic table and propane grill available for our guests' use. **The condo is 508 sq ft. it is not well suited for four adults. It would be more comfortable for a group of up to three adults or a family of four.** The entire condo is for our guests' use and there is a keyless entry system used to access the condo. We are available by phone or e-mail any time to answer any questions or concerns. Our condo is in Green Cove, which houses numerous fishing charters within walking distance. We are 5 minutes away from Magee Marsh, which hosts the Biggest Week of Birding. There is a restaurant/pub (Wild Wings) and a gas station with basic necessities adjacent to the resort. Camp Perry is about a 10 minute drive and has the closest public swimming beach. Port Clinton is a 15-20 minute drive and the closest ferry to the islands.
