About 30-min drive to notable Beach Cities and a few mins more to arrive in downtown Los Angeles, Dodger Stadium, and Crypto Arena. ~~ ONLY TWO CAR DRIVEWAY PARKING ALLOWED~~ The space This single story 4BR 2BA comes with a relaxing private pool to refresh between your various adventures. Newly remodeled with all brand new appliances with comfortable furniture and home décor. The living area has a large sectional where everyone can gather around a large TV or reconnect. From here, you can access the pool and a shaded patio with a table for alfresco dining. A barbecue and charcoal are available. The modern kitchen has all you need to create more intricate meals to enjoy in the dining area. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI, and clean work out equipment. *All beds are Nectar Brand mattresses* Guest access With our keypad self check-in, you will enter into a 1345 sq ft home. There are surveillance cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. Parking notes: There is drive-way parking, comfortably for 2 sedans. Street parking is prohibited. Other things to note **optional** COMMUNICATE REQUEST FOR POOL HEATER WITH HOST AT TIME OF BOOKING **optional** Normal pool temp ranges from 60-70 degrees Heater add-on will raise to 82-85 degrees for additional fee of 100$ per day for entire length of booking * optional Early check-in fee $25/hour Late check-out fee $25/hour Pet cleaning fee $100/pet per stay There is NO SMOKING on property. Please use pool at your own risk; no life-guard on-duty. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Please note, host has right to cancel reservation with no refund if more than two cars are observed with guest. This is a strictly enforced two car only policy. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. If suspected, host has right to cancel reservation and 500$ fee. No parties allowed.
