Situated on the edge of Rombalds Moor (Ilkley Moor), it's an ideal location for exploring Yorkshire, or relax and enjoy the view. The village pub is a 10 min walk. The Piggery has it's own parking space, patio and garden. The space The Piggery is all on one level inside with open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. The bedroom leads off from the main space and the utility room leads off the kitchen area. The bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and there is a separate toilet next to the utility room. Guest access The whole of The Piggery with front door, patio doors and utility room door. Patio doors open onto gravelled patio. Back door opens onto patio from utility room next to taps to clean dogs/boots. Lawned area down in front of The Piggery and allocated parking space. Other things to note First supply of logs is provided. Extra logs are available for small charge. EV charger is available and charged at cost - please record your usage. Please note Moorlands Farm is on a hillside and there is a 300m long farm track leading to it which is quite bumpy.
