Birch Point Cottage on Trent Hills Waterways

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful cottage along the Trent Severn Waterway. Located 2 hrs east of Toronto, and only 10 minutes from Campbellford & 6 minutes to Havelock, Enjoy swimming, fishing, Amazon Prime, & stunning sunsets. You may even get a glimpse of the bald eagles on the islands in front of our cottage or the resident Osprey. Bedding & dishware are included. We ask that you bring towels for swimming. Bocce Ball , Horseshoes & Tetherball are also provided . The space Although it’s deemed our cottage, it is a home with all the space you could need on a retreat getaway. Our newly designed deck allows for unobstructed views of the dock so parents can watch their children from the deck if they so choose. Our newly designed stamped concrete resting area is another breathtaking spot to read in the shade or just sit and watch the many yachts go by. Guest access When guests rent our cottage, they have full access to the entire place other than one designated locked walk in closet for our supplies. We are a NON SMOKING home. An additional deep cleaning fee of $300 will be submitted to AIR BNB if this rule is not respected . Other things to note Our cottage is primarily set up for families to have an amazing time fishing, swimming and touring about the many amazing attractions in our area. We are home to Canada’s Sweetest Bakery right here in Campbellford! We have an award-winning cheese factory. We also are minutes down the road from WESTBEN theatre/concert facility. Guest can pre book online to see if there are shows they would like to book and attend. Campbellford also has everything from your standard fast foods to incredible Bistros and high end dining.
