Enjoy the comforts of home in our art-filled St Lawrence condo, available for long-term stays only when we snowbird over the winter months. Centrally located just east of the business district, our neighbourhood is walkable and connected to transit for those times you need to venture further. Shop and cook your way through the historic St Lawrence Market, walk to local cafes and restaurants, or just cuddle up with Netflix and watch the snow fall in our backyard oasis. The space Our home is located in St Lawrence Market - the vibrant heart of Canada's largest city. Situated within walking distance of the city's most iconic landmarks, cultural attractions, and the financial core as well as endless shopping and dining options. Our unit includes one principal bedroom with en suite, and one secondary bedroom (with two workstations), with separate 4 piece washroom. Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials - glassware, cookware, toaster, InstantPot etc. The unit is equipped with very fast wifi as well as Apple TV with streaming services set-up and ready to use. Spotify can be used on both the Apple TV and the Sonos move. There is a washer/dryer in-unit. Our TV unit is full of board games, henna, watercolour, cards and other snow-day entertainment. Additionally, our unit includes an 800 square foot private deck and terrace, perfect for four-legged guests. Building amenities include a gym, yoga room, rooftop terraces (east and west), new 'quiet work' zones, and 24/7 concierge services (including receiving packages). Please note that due to building rules, only long-term stays are permitted. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to provide your (and your pet's, if applicable) information to building management, in order to register you as a guest.
