There is also a snug equipped with a further sofa and SMART television, perfect for those multi-generational getaways. Books, jigsaw puzzles and board games are also provided for your entertainment. The high spec kitchen with granite worktops, induction hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, large American style fridge/freezer and ample supply of kitchen equipment means making a delicious meal is a breeze for the chefs of the holiday. The ground floor also consists of a large hallway with plenty of space for storing coats and shoes; a toilet and walk in shower; and a utility with a combination washing machine and tumbler drier. Bifold doors lead you to the private garden which comprises of a lawned area and decking with BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers. Try your hand at the garden jenga whilst you’re enjoying the sunshine. Relax away in the high spec hot tub after your busy days exploring. Upstairs you will find the four double bedrooms (two with ensuite) and a large family bathroom. Bedroom one: ‘zip and link’ super king or twin beds, TV and ensuite shower room. Bedroom two: king bed Bedroom three: twin beds and TV Bedroom four: king bed with ensuite shower room. Large family bathroom with free-standing roll top bath, separate shower and toilet. With stair gates, a travel cot (no bedding supplied), high chair, children’s plates and cutlery, this home is very well equipped should you be bringing any little ones with you. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please note, the dog is only permitted on the ground floor/garden of the property. Stair gates are left in situ for any bookings with a dog. Perfectly located, you have a great village pub in less than 5 minutes walk away. The Preston Gate Inn is well known for it’s great food, local beers and live music. Book to avoid disappointment! Bude itself is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away with beaches, shops and numerous places to eat and drink. Northcott Mouth beach is also a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk away so you are spoilt for choice with which beach to visit first. We recommend the walk from Northcott Mouth in to Bude along the coastal path. Parking for two cars directly outside the property with further free parking in a carpark approximately 150 yards away.
