Welcome to Old Oslo and charming Grønvoll Hageby!! The terraced house is spread over 4 floors, here you have everything you need for a few lazy days in Oslo's nicest garden city. A child-friendly and cozy neighborhood with a short distance to the city center, Tøyen bath and Intility arena, to mention a few. Bus/airport bus stops nearby, at Valle bus stop, Helsfyr subway is a 5-minute walk away. There is a short distance to cafes, restaurants and (Sunday open) grocery store. It is easy to experience Oslo with a base here. The space The place is best suited for families with children, here toys, games and playground are easily accessible. The townhouse has four floors, 1st floor: kitchen, living room and exit to private garden, 2nd floor: three bedrooms with a total of four beds and bathrooms, attic: bedroom with double bed, basement: TV room and bathroom/toilet. There is a sheltered and nice little playground in the housing cooperative, free parking space right outside the door. Guest access The entire townhouse and cozy private garden with gas grill and seating for many. Other things to note You must clean and vacuum after your stay and take out the garbage. We are away all of July, so if you book the house during the period we are away you must put on bed linen yourself, as well as wash bed linen/towels and hang them up to dry before departure.
