Steps from the beach, the flat has a queen size bed along with a futon (full). Wake up to free coffee and tea. Fill up the mini fridge with wine, beer, and beach snacks. Then enjoy the surf with the 8' Odysea board. There is a toaster oven to make some hot dishes if you wish. Wind down with a bath or shower. Snuggle up with the Roku TV (sorry no cable), or plug in your laptop with the HDMI to the 50 inch TV after a long day of beach activities. Then roll out of bed onto the beach and start the day over! The other residents at the triplex share the front yard and its furniture, so feel free to use it! Just please respect the other tenants and the shared space. With no public parking near by, the beach is remains secluded and private, while still being at the footsteps of LA. You can always drive, a parking spot is included in the nightly rate. Uber/Lyft is always easy, and Washington Blvd is a 15 minute walk away. You can either walk along the canal on Pacific Ave which is beautiful, or walk along Speedway which is practically a bike path with the amount of bikers that ride along it.
