You are minutes away from the Pastetten highway junction towards Munich or Passau or expressway to Erding. An Edeka is also 1.5 km away. The space You can enter our basement apartment through a private entrance. Parking is available in front of the house. Built in 2022, the granny flat can be used completely separately and is only equipped with high-quality materials and oriented on the modern lifestyle. A beautiful kitchen with adjoining dining area, as well as the living room with couch with extended sleeping function are the centerpiece. A cozy bedroom (140 cm bed) and modern bathroom with tropical shower are also available. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Public transport connections (S-Bahn & trains) are best from Markt Schwaben, 10 minutes/10 km away. There is ample parking at the train station and also an express train to the East or Central Station as well as the S-Bahn which is also in the city center of Munich in 25 minutes. Oktoberfest is also about 30 minutes away. Alternatively, there is Hörlkofen train station 8 km away, from which only trains run towards Munich/Mühldorf.
