Description
Wonderful, quiet 1 double bedroom (plus one double sofa bed) Edinburgh tenement flat with electric fireplace and dining space. Holyrood park is at the end of the street with beautiful Arthur’s seat in full view. 5 minute walk from canongate, 15 minute walk from Royal Mile or Princes Street. Meadowbank shopping complex is only 5 minute walk as well with a Sainsbury’s, Lidl and bus routes. Portobello beach is a 10 minute drive or just a bus ride away. The perfect stay for your visit to Edinburgh. The space The flat is cosy and small but spacious for an Edinburgh standard 1 bedroom flat. Kitchen, shower room, bedroom and living room which has a dining space. If using the sofa bed, this does make the living room a tight squeeze but easy to put out and away again. Please ensure you check the photographs and are happy with the space. Large TV and electric fireplace with stylish decoration creating an amazing little environment to come home to after a big day out exploring Edinburgh. Guest access You have access to the entire flat privately, there is also a shared garden. The flat has a hallway, kitchen, bedroom, shower room and living room with dining area. It is the perfect size for 2-3 adults or a family of 4 sharing. Other things to note Wifi, Netflix, dvds, board games, electric fireplace, hairdryer, washing machine, fridge all available. This is my home so please be respectful and note that some of my personal belongings are in some drawers etc. You can help yourself to spices and crockery, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and eating. A selection of books is also available and some board games behind the TV. This is my primary home and there will be some of my personal belongings in the flat but I will always clear space in some drawers and the wardrobe for you and ultimately everything is stored away. Parking is now paid and permit holder except for weekends by the flat. This makes parking in Edinburgh expensive but I can provide details of free and safe spaces to park cars a short bus ride away if needed. Public transport in Edinburgh is excellent and I highly recommend using the buses, trams and taxis available. The Edinburgh travel app is named 'Bus & Tram' and has all info about bus and tram travel.
