The Blossom Retreat sits atop the highest point of our expansive 1,000-acre apple orchard, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. This recently constructed home is a tribute to the rich history and natural beauty of Beak & Skiff Orchards, a family-owned business since 1911. Whether you're here to relax or explore the area's many attractions, we hope you find this retreat as enchanting as we do. The space BEDROOMS: Sleeps 16 6 Queen En Suite Bedrooms 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed + Bunk Beds (Room sleeps 4) Each bedroom is designed for your comfort, featuring carefully selected beds, luxurious linens, and thoughtful décor. Ceiling fans in each room help maintain a cool and refreshing atmosphere during the warmer months. BATHROOMS: 7.5 Baths, including some with double vanities. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. For additional supplies, please use the key in the electrical closet in the basement. KITCHEN: The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped for creating home-cooked meals: - Fridge/freezer - Stovetop - Microwave - Oven - Crockery and cutlery - Dishwasher - Coffee machine - Dining Area seats 14 - Kitchen Island seats 6 Enjoy complimentary basic food and beverages upon arrival—a small taste of Beak & Skiff’s offerings, including hard cider, spirits, fresh cider, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and cannabis beverages. TELEVISION AND AMENITIES: The house is equipped with two flat-screen smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the lower-level game room), both with Spectrum cable. Multiple speakers and an Alexa device are available for music and trivia. LAUNDRY: For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and detergent. PARKING: The driveway can safely accommodate 6-8 cars. POOL AND HOT TUB: The pool, open from June to September, is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please supervise children and keep the gate closed when not in use. The hot tub is available year-round, typically set to 100 degrees, offering a relaxing soak with beautiful views. GAME ROOM AND GYM: The lower level of the house is an entertainment haven: - Pool Table - Ping Pong Table - Large Screen TV - Card Table - Gym with Peloton Bike & Treadmill (please bring your own Peloton shoes) Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay. The doors are code-operated for easy self check-in. You will receive check-in instructions and access codes one week before your arrival via the Airbnb app. The codes will grant you access to all areas of the home, including the pool, hot tub, and other amenities. If you need any assistance, we're just a message away through the app. Other things to note We do allow small weddings with a maximum of 30 guests at the property, with an additional fee of $1,000 if you will have the ceremony at the property.
