Charming cottage

Come and recharge your batteries in this quiet and authentic accommodation, and enjoy a magnificent view of the Vercors. 5 minutes from the village grocery store, 15 minutes from St Marcellin, 40 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hour 10 minutes from Lyon. The area lends itself to walks, equestrian or pedestrian, starting from the house or going a little further towards the Chambaran forest, the banks of the Isère or the Vercors. Notice to riders: Horses are welcome! A park is available right next to the house. The space Your pretty rural gîte includes: a living room with fitted kitchen (Senséo soft pod coffee maker), dining area and lounge area, books and games to relax, a bedroom with a comfortable 140 bed, a charming bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Wi-Fi allows remote working (installation of a dedicated office area on request) In winter, you can warm up your evenings by the fire: the vacation rental is equipped with a stove (in addition to radiators). In summer, you will enjoy the outdoors, with a dining area and access to our south-facing swimming pool, with views of the Vercors (unheated swimming pool). A barbecue is at your disposal (charcoal is not provided). Other things to note A welcome booklet containing the rules of the cottage can be found on the table, we ask you to read it and comply with it. Your home is next to the owners' place, so parties are not allowed, and the pool cannot be privatized. Cleaning only includes linen management: bed sheets, towels and tea towels. The bed will be made upon arrival. We ask you to leave the cottage clean and tidy when you leave, and to take your waste (free public containers available in the village or along your way). For the use of the pool; In the warm season, consider taking your own bath towels to better enjoy the pool, those of the cottage are not intended for this use. Access to the pool is permitted from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is shared with our family. We don't set any other rules, but we count on our guests to discuss their needs and wishes so that everyone can enjoy peaceful moments by the pool. The cottage and its surroundings are not suitable for hosting young children. For stays longer than a week, please contact us.
