It is attached to Sugarberry Farmhouse on 26 acres about 4 minutes from Elon University. It is only 15 steps from parking to entry door. There is a flight of stairs just inside entry door to get to the Loft. The Loft has a large living/dining/sleeping/work area, a bathroom and a walk in closet. There is a portable room divider that can be used for privacy. The entire Loft is bright and cheerful with 4 windows overlooking different scenic views. You might see deer or turkeys from the windows. Relax in front of the ‘fireplace’ while watching TV or listening to Alexa play your favorite music. There is a rollaway bed available upon request. Hosts live in the Farmhouse and share the outdoor spaces but welcome you to take a nap in the hammock, stroll through the flower gardens, make a fire & s’mores in the fire pit, swing, or take a walk around the property. The garage underneath the Loft is available for use seasonally upon request and has a pool table, large screen TV, exercise equipment and table & chairs.
