We offer our guests a start for a trip to the North Sea, because our house is very centrally located in the middle of the beautiful city of Cuxhaven. Within walking distance, popular destinations such as the Alte Liebe or the Lotsenviertel, bars, restaurants, train station, supermarkets and the city center, without any means of transport. Our newly designed rooms with small kitchenettes and private bathroom with walk-in shower invite you to short or long stays. The space Our room 12 accommodates one to four people and is friendly and modernly furnished. This room is equipped with four single beds (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a kitchenette with dining facilities. The kitchenette includes a small basic set of cooking utensils and dishes to cater for yourself. Of course, this also includes a refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and stove. Room 12 includes a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bathroom as well as the separate toilet are located next to the room in the hallway (see layout). The bathroom is equipped with two vanities, a hairdryer and two walk-in showers. Room 12 is one of 12 independent rooms in our boarding house Dock 6. This room is suitable for both vacationers and fitters. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION! GUEST CONTRIBUTION Tourists staying in Cuxhaven pay a guest fee. The guest fee is €2.90-3.30 per person/day (from the age of 16 years of age) and must be forwarded by the hosts to the city for the guests. The amount is due on the day of arrival and must be deposited in cash when picking up the apartment keys.
 Guests will then receive a guest card (or have already received it digitally by email) and have the opportunity to visit many beaches and tourist facilities in Cuxland free of charge or at a reduced rate. Please indicate when booking if the guest card can be sent by email! Then send an email for this. Thank you ;) APARTMENT KEY The keys or chips are stored in the "Spielparadies" shop, a two-minute walk from the train station or a two-minute drive from the property. The store is open from 6 am to 12 am. TOWELS & LINENS Towels and linens are included in the booking. PAYMENT The guest fee as well as the parking space can only be paid in cash on site. No card payment possible.
