It is accessed directly from the courtyard and has private parking in the area in front of the entrance. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen, an open living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom (with window, shower, bidet and washing machine). The air conditioner is equipped with a split located in the hallway. Each room overlooks the large terrace with sea view. The terrace, for exclusive use, is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, armchairs and an umbrella: it is the ideal place to use as a solarium, to eat your meals and to enjoy the wonderful sunsets that will accompany you throughout your vacation. The entire property is fenced. Each room overlooks the terrace. The terrace is accessed both from the apartment and from the outside by climbing three steps. The driveway gate is equipped with a lock and key Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation We've decided not to allow pets. The place is not adequately equipped for infants and children under 2 years of age. In the outdoor areas there are terraces, stairs, steps and a very large courtyard, features that make my accommodation unsuitable for unsupervised children. Please note that the following are not allowed in the property: candles, fire, vandalism, loud music, parties and smoking (while smoking is allowed in outdoor areas) I cannot be held responsible for any noise coming from neighboring or adjacent houses. I would like to point out that renovations began last year in some houses in the valley. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The accommodation is in the countryside and it is recommended to keep the doors closed when unattended to prevent any local fauna from entering the house. The windows are not equipped with mosquito nets A characteristic of the area is sandy rain and after a downpour you will easily find the terrace and outdoor furniture dirty with red. The glass of the French doors and shutters, although washed at each check-out, are stained due to salt. A midweek linen change is not provided, but you will have the washing machine at your exclusive disposal for free use. Cleaning products are at your disposal under the sink in the kitchen, while the broom, dustpan, bucket and rag for washing the floor are in the yard under the bathroom window. I ask for your utmost cooperation in waste management and to respect the strict rules imposed by the municipality of Magomadas for recycling. - Only transparent bags must be used - Black bags or bags that prevent the contents from being seen are prohibited, under penalty of non-collection by the garbage collectors. - Glass and cans should be placed in the special green plastic bucket, the same one that will be taken to the collection point on the scheduled day. - The containers for separate waste are in the courtyard under the bathroom window with what they should contain indicated above. - Collection takes place on days established by the Municipality: waste must be brought to the appropriate area respecting the timetable that you will find in the house: we are in the yellow zone. At your request, I can send you the calendar pdf and instructions for separating waste. - The collection point is located along the gravel road, near the condominium gate. when the stay is short and for two people, unless specific requests are agreed upon, the second room will be closed and will not be accessible.
