Welcome to our cozy and character-filled 2-bedroom, 1-bath home located right in the heart of Mayfield, KY. This fully furnished home is perfect for travelers looking for a convenient, comfortable stay with a touch of local history — the house once belonged to a doctor and still carries the charm of the 1930s. Relax on the front porch, park under the covered carport, and enjoy being just minutes from everything Mayfield has to offer. The space The coded door knob is located on the front porch. Upon entering the home, you’ll step into the living room, which flows into the dining room and then the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and just off this area is a storage room with a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use the provided items in this space, including coffee, detergent, extra paper towels, and other essentials, at their convenience. There are two bedrooms—each with a queen-size bed and its own television—one located at the front of the house and the other at the back. Between the bedrooms is a small bathroom with a shower/tub combination. To save space in the bathroom, we keep hand towels, bath towels, and linens in the hallway. Guests are welcome to use the dressers, as the closets are small, and we’ve added hooks throughout the home for hanging garments. There is a basement on the property; while we don’t recommend accessing it under normal circumstances, it is available for use in the event of severe weather. Guest access The home is yours to enjoy—feel free to relax on the front porch or in the backyard and make yourself at home. While you’re welcome to use the property freely, we kindly ask that you avoid the garage, the old doctor’s office behind the house, and the basement (unless there is severe weather and you need a safe space). Otherwise, make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay! Other things to note We work hard to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable place to enjoy during their time in Mayfield, KY.
