Conconully Lake Lodge Sleeps 14

Nestled in the amazing small town of Conconully lies our personal rustic hunting lodge. Conconully is a town full of wildlife and outdoor activities all year long! Bring the whole family or your friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy both lakes for fishing & swimming. There is hiking, biking and more outdoor fun all well within walking distance. Bring your ATV/UTV or snowmobile, they are legal to ride in the town of Conconully! The space Our lodge has 11 beds, 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, 2.5 bathrooms, a large family dining table, washer & dryer. We have new appliances as of December 2023 and lots of other amenities. Outdoors, we have a bbq, propane fire table and 4 kayaks. Three stairs up to enter lodge. Once inside, kitchen, laundry, 1.5 bath, 1 bedroom with queen bed, dining and living room are all on ground floor. If you have trouble getting around, no need for the upstairs, it’s all accessible without the use of stairs. We also have a 50amp RV hookup. If you are interested in also using the RV hookup, please contact us for additional information. $30/night to use hookup. We have enough room to spread out and town has year round activities. This is our personal recreation lodge so we strive to have it ready to use with all the amenities you would need. You really just need to bring your personal items and food. Guest access The whole house is for use with the exception of the closet in the master bedroom (bear comforter room). As well as the detached garage and half of the attached garage, as it has a lot of our personal items. Thank you. Other things to note If you are not a fan of outdoor activities such as, hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, snowmobiling, fishing or hunting, please don’t rent our lodge, it is probably not for you. Please respect the neighbors No smoking of any kind, including vaping No Parties or loud music No drugs No street parking No parking on the grass, we have sprinklers No extra guests No pets Extra guests, extra cleaning, damages, or charges on the tv, you will be charged for. Please be honest & respectful. After 4 guests, each extra guest is an additional $25/night. This is a strict policy! You will be charged for additional guests. Please be honest in your bookings. There is NO cell service in town. The lodge does have WiFi calling if you turn that on. Otherwise, you will have to drive back towards Omak to get service. Please be prepared. Recently the town store has been shut down from selling gas etc. please bring extra. Stop by Fancy Kamper Espresso for coffee, basic necessities, ice, alcohol and tobacco that you forgot.
