Welcome to our space located at Borteyman SSNIT Flats hosted by my husband and me. Without traffic it's about 15 minutes away from East Legon, 20 minutes away from Accra Mall, and 25 minutes to the airport. If you're looking for an affordable and safe space and environment that has all the amenities that a luxury apartment gives you, this is the space for you! Airport shuttle and transport services available. Kindly contact us for the specific details. Be our guest :-) The space Entering the apartment, you are met with the living/dining area. This area has a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen tv. The kitchen on the left is bright and has everything you need to fix up a meal. The bathroom comes on your right. Lastly, the bedroom is spacious and has air-condition. Guest access All rooms are fully accessible and not shared by anyone. Other things to note Electricity in Ghana can be sporadic and our space is no exception. This means that the electricity may be cut off. Guests will have ₵100 worth of WiFi at the beginning of the stay. Any consumption above that will have to be topped up by guests. Guests will have ₵250 worth of electricity at the beginning of the stay. Any consumption above that will have to be topped up by guests. The space comes with a water tank which will take care of your water needs when the main flow is cut off. However, please note that the water tank will not work if there is no electricity.
