Cozy home near the American River

This is a four bedroom home in the La Riviera neighborhood! One room is used as an office. La Riviera is a safe, quiet, and well-established suburban community nestled between the American River and HWY 50. It gives residents easy access to beautiful nature and easy commutes to the west or east. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the home and make use of the full stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining rooms, clean bathroom, and nature filled backyard. The space The rooms are roughly 11' X 13' each and include a desk, queen sized bed, a large closet with clothes hangers, high speed internet, and a monitor, mouse, and keyboard to allow working from the room. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet. Guests may use the whole home. Guest access Guests will be given a key to access the home when they arrive, either by meeting the host or accessing a lockbox at the entrance of the home. Other things to note This home is quiet, clean, and smoke free. Pets are welcome, upon discussion with the host. There is currently a neighborhood cat that comes and goes. Guests may be asked to occasionally feed it if the host is not home.
