If you want to sleep with windows open but also want completely quiet room - do not book this place. Guest access You'll have entire 3bed family home upstairs, all with spring mattresses, seasonal lightweight fluffy blankets or quilts. Extra sofa bed or mattress can be provided (conditions applied), 05 people max, no kids under 2yo. Reverse aircons, huge built-in wardrobes and double windows on street side. All rooms have bedside height-adjustable laptop desk for your convenience. Enjoy your own space upstairs with separate bathroom, 02 toilets and a sparkling kitchen with ample cupboards. Secure lock at stairs entrance. Free parking onsite for 01 small car. If your vehicle is medium size or above, there is free street parking cross the road (do NOT park on the house side) or down the corner on Horizon Drive 5 minutes walking away. Other housemates live downstairs and have their own kitchen & bathroom. Shared washing machine & clotheslines/airers. Other things to note Please remove your shoes before walking upstairs and use the thongs provided. No smoking inside – you can smoke in the garden or at the balcony. You can have NO visitors between 10pm-6am, and please keep quiet during this period. P.S. Rose garden and aquatic pond were impacted by floods earlier this years. We are restoring these. Pool table downstairs and sofa in the lounge have been removed.
