With 2000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 6 beds total, you and your party will have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The space *LOCATION* Conveniently located near the crossroads Rural Road and Broadway Road, you are within minutes of: A-mountain, ASU, Spring Training, Chicago Cubs Stadium at Sloan Park, Tempe Marketplace, Mill Avenue, Scottsdale Fashion Center, Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Golf Course & Casino, Top Golf and so much more the Valley has to offer. If you are looking to do some site seeing around Arizona, you can use Casa Red Rock as a home base so you will be: - 2 Hours from Sedona - 2.5 Hours from Flagstaff - 3 Hours from Snowbowl (Arizona's top Ski Resort) - 4 Hours from the Grand Canyon *KITCHEN* Fully stocked kitchen with huge island and quartz counter tops. Open floor plan means everyone can hang out and help cook. *BEDROOMS* Each bedroom has everything you need for your stay including a cozy bed to relax at the end of the day in. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has queen bed with a closet and bedroom 3 has two twin beds with a closet. Bedroom 4 has a twin day bed that converts to a king bed as well as a desk with a monitor for a dedicated, remote working station. *BACKYARD* Featuring a Sedona inspired mural, the backyard has everything you'll need: firepit, full size BBQ, lounge chairs, 8 person outdoor dining area, large outdoor sectional, misters for the summer and a heater for the winter. The pool is professionally maintained and unheated. *Kid Ready* We have 2 travel cribs, 1 high chair and 1 infant tub available for your use. We have also covered the outlets to keep littles safe. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, backyard and carport (covered parking). Other things to note Trash bins are in the alley and recycling is in the carport. Please keep out of the owners closets.
