Other things to note Condominium on the 3rd floor, not recommended for young children or people with difficulty climbing stairs. Our condominium is located in Plaza del Mar club section, which is approximately 20 miles south of downtown Rosarito, Baja Fest and "Papas & Beer", that's half an hour drive on Highway 1. Nearby restaurants: Splash, Encanto, La Fonda, Poco Cielo, Los Portales, Half way house, Puerto Nuevo.
