This is a single room. You will have access to a personal tall fridge freezer. There is a large desk with several draws ideal for studying/work . There is also a side board where you can store your items. There is a free standing clothes rail where clothes can be hung. It is an internal room. Female only booking for now. The location of the property is 15/20 mins from the station. There are buses 8 mins walk from the property . Please expect to factor in a daily walk to and from the property. The space This is a spacious single room with a beautiful antique desk provided. You have access to a shower and toilet opposite your room . Please read other details to note for a full description . Guest access You will have a shower room , wash basin and toilet opposite your room. There is also access to a modern kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, hob and all the kitchen utensils. The kitchen is for light use only. You have your personal fridge. During your stay I am a friendly hostess and will keep in contact with guests throughout their stay if needed. I work Monday to Friday and will deal with any queries by the evening or earlier. I do whatever I can to ensure guests are comfortable. If guests prefer minimal interaction I will follow the lead. Other things to note It is an internal room with a window that opens out into the kitchen . The location in the house means daylight lighting is low via the kitchen. Adequate internal lighting is provided to compensate. There is a sound proof curtain to minimise noise . If you are a light sleeper, it may not be the most comfortable environment . Please consider that the room is right next to the kitchen. There will be a dehumidifier to control humidity. You will be expected to manage the room by following the hostesses strict guidelines. This will ensure your comfort and give you the best experience during your stay. You will be expected to keep the shared areas spotlessly clean and tidy. This will be the kitchen and shower room. Please allow adequate timing to allow for cleaning. People who are exceptionally busy may need to consider this before using the kitchen. .The full house rules will be available on arrival. The kitchen is intended for very light use only. You will be encouraged to use energy saving appliances for food preparation. You will also be encouraged to batch cook in order to use energy efficiently . If you require heavier kitchen use, please discuss this with the hostess before booking as this may not be the ideal placement for you. Heating is available and will be applied for a few hours in the evening during autumn, winter and early Spring when most people are home. If you have additional needs , please discuss it with the hostess. If it is extremely cold , this will be adjusted. Heating will not be applied during the middle of the night. The hostess will supply extra duvets and quilts for your comfort. Please be prepared to wear layers indoors during cold spells. It will not be heated during the day Monday to Friday , 9-5pm. Please bear this in mind if you work from home. The room is attractively priced with all these things taken into consideration. The property is well managed but you will have to be prepared to do your best to follow guidelines and rules. There will be a heated rail available to dry your clothes . Discuss this with the hostess to ensure your laundry requirements are fully catered for. You will provide your own laundry products .
