This beautiful 5 bed, 4 bath duplex is a HGTV “Good Bones” charmer! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Perfect for bachelors and bachlorettes looking for a spacious place to spend the weekend. We are in walking distance to downtown Indy, Lucas Oil, the convention center and a quick Uber to Fountain square. There is also plenty of indoor/outdoor space if you desire to stay home in one of our comfy units! This property is a spacious duplex that can sleep up to 14 people. Cooking for a large event or holiday party? In between games/events at the convention center? We have two kitchens available to you and your loved ones! There are four full bathrooms, two living rooms and yard space for any event or large group. One-sided duplex rentals are also available- please contact host. ***Side Note: This is an older home that was remodeled on the HGTV show 'Good Bones.' We want to make sure guests are aware that the steps in this home are very steep and the house is showing normal wear and tear of an older property. Please keep that in mind when booking our cozy space!*** Entire duplex. I am one text or call away! Cute & Quiet neighborhood (sometimes you can hear a train pass by, but is not often). 0.9 mile walk to Lucas Oil Stadium 1.3 mile walk to the Indiana Convention Center 5 minute Uber to fountain square Downtown is a quick 20 minute walk away or a simple 5 minute Uber ride! We have parking in the back of the duplex for two cars and also free street parking available. One side of the duplex has two bathrooms on the second level ONLY. Please keep that in mind when booking if requesting a stay for an injured person, physically disabled or an older generation. Let the owner know so that we can accommodate you on the duplex with a downstairs bathroom/bedroom. If you are needing an earlier check-in or later check-out, please ask the host. We might be able to accommodate your request! -Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. -No parties, this is strictly prohibited. Please understand this is a friendly family community. Any violation of this or disruption to the neighbors will be a fine up to $2,500. -No smoking inside or within 10 feet of the property. -A starter pack of supplies will be provided to the guests. Anything above that, must be provided by the guest. -Please do NOT move the furniture around. Sheets, blankets, are in the master closet. -Please respect the furniture, if accidents happen, please let us know. -Please respect the neighbors. -Please leave the property tidy once departing. *We are not responsible for your pets.
