Our beautifully remodeled duplex comfortably hosts up to 10 guests and is ideal for families, friends, or group trips. Expect steep stairs and a few signs of natural wear and tear. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, please consider this before booking. A gravel parking spot is available behind the home in the alleyway. This space fits one vehicle. There is also free street parking available in front of the home on a first-come, first-served basis. Starter Essentials Provided: We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. If you need more during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase additional supplies as needed. Guest access Entire Duplex Rental: While you'll have access to both sides of the duplex, there is no interior connection between them. To move from one side to the other, you'll need to step outside and enter through the separate exterior doors. Please also note there is no ramp into either unit, and there are two steps at the entrance. 🏠 House Rules Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM No Parties: This is a quiet, family-friendly community. Parties or disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a fine of up to $2,500. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home or within 10 feet of the property. Pets: Please clean up after your pet. Guests are fully responsible for any incidents, damages, or issues involving pets. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, soap, paper towels). Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. Furniture: Please do not move the furniture. Extra sheets and blankets are available in the master bedroom closet. If any spills or damage occur, kindly notify us.
