Each suite is a unique and independent space, with autonomous access and total privacy. Agave Suite is located on the ground floor and features a terrace area, perfect for a good coffee. The space Suite Agave is an elegant single-volume loft that features a kitchen, dining area, living room (with sofa bed), full bathroom, bedroom in a sleeping platform, and a desk area for working. We have high-speed WiFi. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closets, and a 60-inch flat screen. The sofa bed is perfect for one adult or 2 small children. Suite Agave is located on the ground floor and has a terrace area, perfect for a good coffee. Guest access The Xalix Suites building has six independent and totally private suites. It has a shared parking area, with space for 4 cars inside the building and additional parking space outside the building. In the basement, we have a washer and dryer available to guests from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
