Only three homes on this street own all the way to the river. Offered with tasteful higher end furniture, furnishings, kitchenware, linens, etc. Comfortably sleeps six in three rooms. Two full baths as well. Just imagine sitting outside enjoying your own piece of the downtown Truckee River! Guest access This home is all yours! Other things to note Please note: We are downtown which means were are right across from the railroad tracks. If you are a light sleeper, we suggest you plan to stay away from the downtown area as there is noise from the train whistles blowing during the day and at night. We do provide earplugs but find most people don't mind and some actually enjoy the proximately to the historical railroad and downtown area. Please review our house rules as, by booking, you are agreeing to them. Absolutely no parties, smoking or special events allowed at this property. Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Due to a severe allergy of one of our staff, we cannot allow any pets including service animals. If you are only two people using one bedroom, please reach out for a discounted rate. Groups of more than 4 people, we charge $50 per person for guests 5 and 6. We do this to offer the home at a lesser rate for smaller groups.
