Shiek cozy contemporary style #2

Just acquired my child home after 15 years. Over 75% of the has been upgraded and restored to its original design. Yes this house is still being remodeled and still needing a lot done. I'm single and completing work on my own to save so my full bathroom does not have a vanity yet due to needed plumbing upgrade!!! UPDATE 02/2020: Plumbing upgrade has been completed. Vanity is on back order awaiting for arrival due to Covid-19 pandemic. Plenty of hand sanitizer available as well as face masks. The space Feel like your just at a relatives house for a vacation. Very cozy, quiet and not to forget complementary breakfast. Guest access Shared spaces would be access to livingroom for scheduled entertainment only, dining area for eating and enclosed porch and outside deck for those who smoke... During your stay I'm available to answer any questions and concerns via text between 9am-9pm... Other things to note Must sanitize bathroom after each use. Meals are not allowed in sleeping areas.
