Guest access As a guest, you will enjoy exclusive access to the top two levels of this beach home, which include four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats six (6) people, and two chairs at the eating island, a living room with several large windows overlooking a spectacular view of Lake Superior. Guests will find the 4th bedroom, 1/2 bath, and a dedicated computer desk and reading nook up the spiral staircase. The home also has a large front yard facing the lake. The shared parking pad can accommodate three cars on the left side of the parking pad; extra street parking is also available. *Separate Owner's Suite: Please note that the lower level of the home is the owner's suite and garage. However, there are no cross-traffic or shared living spaces, and its separate entry ensures your complete privacy. Guests cannot access the lower-level Owner's Suite, side deck, or garage. The owner reserves the option to access the lower-level owner's suite 24/7/365. Other things to note * The minimum age to rent is 25.
