Cozy apartment 10 minutes from Annecy

Located 10 minutes from Annecy, my 35 m² apartment is located in Villaz, at the foot of the Parmelan mountains. A small village full of charm where you will find all amenities (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fruit shop, bar and restaurant). The apartment is located in a recent residence, with a parking space. It is very pleasant to stay in, well arranged, with a large 13 m² south-facing terrace. It is ideal for 2 but can accommodate 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. Registration Details 74303000047BA
