The dining area is centrally located in the house in direct connection with the functional kitchen and cozy living room with wood stove. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with spa and washing machine, a smaller bathroom and a loft with 4 mattresses. The house has a nice large terrace, outdoor SPA, large garden and a small fireplace. The cottage is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Electricity is paid according to consumption. The space The house is located on a large, undeveloped plot. The house's lovely large terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, dinner or just relax on the sun loungers. There are 6 garden chairs with a garden table and a smaller cafe set. All year round, there is the possibility to find shelter, shade or sun around the house. On the property, you will find swings for the little ones and toys in the shed. The grill can be used as needed, but must be cleaned by the tenant after use. Please write if you have any questions about facilities or the area. Cleaning: The tenant must clean after the stay. There are good parking conditions for the house. Pets are not allowed. Electricity is paid according to consumption, either by contact or by bank transfer after the end of the stay. Other things to note Please let us know if you wish to use the outdoor SPA so that it can warm up before arrival. Using the outdoor SPA costs a lot more in electricity consumption.
