Sunnybank comfy house in the central location

Located in a quiet & friendly neighbourhood. Convenient to ALL! By foot, you can reach cafes, bars, Yum Cha, restaurants, delicious Asian Cuisines, Cinema, 3 shopping centres, parks, hospital and major bus stations. 15 mins to CBD by car. The space There’s a small office, also a huge patio can be a refreshing change of scenery, and allows multiple guests to work at the same time! Guest access Guest has access to the whole main building. The seperate garage building is not included. Guest has two covered parking spots which is in front of the garage building. Other things to note 1. No big noise or loud music during the stay and need to be quiet during 10pm-8am. 2. No parties or events. No unregistered guests. It will cause the immediate termination of your reservation. 4. No eating and drinking in the bedrooms. 5. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.  6. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. 7. Please wash and pack the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
