Stunning brownstone in W Harlem 4 Bdr 3.5 B garden

Very conveniently located in South Harlem with a beautiful terrace and lovely garden, family oriented neighborhood, 2 minutes walk to the subway, banks, pharmacy, grocery stores, supermarkets, happening restaurants and 5mn walk from Central Park. This place is unique by its location, you are in the middle of the hip Central Harlem, less than 15mn by subway from Times Square yet in the backyard you can hear the birds and can rest from a hectic visit around New York city. UTILITIES NOT INCLUDED. The space This brownstone is a 2 family home. An independent duplex on the top 2 floors, that is occupied and a Triplex downstairs where I live and that I rent once in a while monthly when I am out of town. The house has a very shabby chic decoration, palatial but yet very homey and very practical layout where up to 8 people can live together without being in each other’s air. The place is unusually big for a brownstone as it is 20 feet wide; most of them are 17 feet which makes a huge difference in volume. We are in the middle of the block so no noise from the avenues, it is very quiet. A feeling of a home away from home; nobody wants to leave after spending a few days at this house and we have a lot of guests coming back. Guest access the 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, one half bathroom in basement; the Kitchen, dinning room, living room, Terrace and garden. Other things to note YOUR GARBAGE BIN OUTSIDE UNDER THE STEPS THAT YOU CAN ACCESS FROM YOUR HALLWAY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO THROW OUT YOUR GARBAGE ON THE STREET ON SPECIFIC DAYS AND HOURS. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS CAN SLEEP ON THE PREMISES, WE HAVE A CAMERA TO MONITOR THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING. ALSO NOTE THAT UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE LONG TERM MONTHLY RENTAL. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ELECTRICITY/GAS( variable depending on your use usually between $400-$700 PER MONTH) CABLE AND INTERNET. THE CLEANING LADY WILL COME AND CLEAN EVERY 10 DAYS TO MAKE SURE THE HOUSE REMAINS CLEAN( THAT SERVICE IS FREE OF CHARGE FOR YOU FOR THE FIRST MONTH, IF YOU STAY LONGER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT), YOU WILL ARRANGE THE TIME WITH THE CLEANING LADY YOURSELF. NOTE THAT SHE WILL NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY ( YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF OR USE THE LAUNDROMAT SERVICE WE USE) OR YOUR DISHES.
