Blueberry Lake Resort offers you this spacious and beautiful log cabin with its cathedral ceilings in the main living area, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that accommodate up to 16 guests. During the winter, get access to our sliding zone, trails and skating rink and all the skidoo trails in the region. As for summer, why not enjoy swimming in the lake or swimming pool, kayaking, playing tennis or volleyball. The space Luxurious 5-bedrooms, 2400 square feet log cabin located in the Laurentians just 25 minutes from Village Mont Tremblant, under 2 hours from Montreal or Ottawa and Gatineau. This spacious and beautiful log cabin boasts cathedral ceilings in the main living area and is located at Blueberry Lake Resort. Sit in front of the remarkable stone fireplace and enjoy the views through the panoramic windows after a long day of winter activities, unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs living area. This chalet can accommodate groups or large families with its 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms spread across 3 floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to accommodate large family meals to complete the perfect Laurentian getaway. Outside Amenities: You can enjoy beautiful forest views from the chalets wonderful position, on a large wrap-around deck accessible from the living area, the ideal spot to relax and unwind in an abundance of space. The deck features a propane gas BBQ, comfortable seating set. You can relax in a private heated hot tub year-round which is accessible from a ground floor, along with a firepit. The chalets perfect location with a large, open terrain allows to have plenty of outside games for children and adults & offering you many activities from its doorstep, such as: extensive walking trails, mountain biking, water activities in Blueberry Lake (5 minutes walking distance). At winter time: cross-country skiing, figure skating, slide for kids, and snowshoeing. (Consult the trail map included in the photos). Access to the lake, kayaks are available for rentals, access to outdoor swimming pool, access to beach volleyball and kids playground. Our guests can enjoy warm summer breezes, the splendor of fall colors and the spectacle of spring bloom. In winter, enjoy the slopes of the largest and most varied skiable terrain in Eastern North America. Activities include dogsledding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, or visit one of the many Nordic spas. Mont-Tremblant & Mont Blanc Ski Resorts, quaint Mont-Tremblant & Labelle villages, numerous lakes, rivers, beaches, hiking, cycling and rollerblading, canoeing and kayaking, day fishing, museums and exhibitions, restaurants, shopping, wildlife sanctuaries, and so much more within a 7 to 30-minute drive, there are endless outdoor activities available. Very strict on the maximum capacity (16) of the house. Loud Music outside the house is not permitted. BBQ IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE WINTER SEASON. Restricted pets allowed, an additional $100 fee for the stay. Shedding dogs are not allowed. Please inform us before booking. 1. We do supply a small amount of soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 Scott Towel. So, depending on your length of stay you may need to bring some additional consumable items. 2. Firewood is available for purchase. Just send me a text message. 3. Toilet: Do not put tissue (Kleenex), toilet paper, tampons, condoms or others in the toilet. No baby wipes in toilets. Use the basket available in the bathroom. The cottage has a septic system and a pump that are not designed for the above. Failure to respect the instructions above, will cause a blockage of the sewage system and overflow of sewage in the house. Repair and cleaning fees will be charged back to you, and it can amount to few thousands of $. 4. All linens/towels are supplied in the chalet according to the number of guests that you mentioned in your reservation. Please bring your own beach towels to use them when you access the spa, the lake and the swimming pool. 5. Before your departure: We ask for your collaboration in order to keep the place clean. So, empty the fridge and pantries, fill in and start the dishwasher, do not leave dirty dishes or food on the counters, and finally throw the garbage in the grey garbage bins outside the house. Extra fees will be charged if there is an excess of cleaning to be done. 6. Smoker: According to law # 0.01, smoking is prohibited in chalet and common areas. A fine up to $ 500 can be applied. For those who are going to smoke outside, get your cigarette butts. 7. Inventory and status: You will be held responsible for any damage and / or disappearance of any object during your stay as well as the cleanliness of the unit. A minimum charge of 50$ per category of the item damaged or disappeared, plus the cost of the item will be deducted from the security deposit. 8. Personal items: The landlord assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or theft affecting the personal effects of the tenant and his guests 9. Accidents: In no event shall the manager/owner be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the tenant resulting from any accident, delay, cost, injury, death, illness or other events resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure beyond his control; And the landlord shall not be liable for any claim or suit brought before the courts in respect of such damages or losses.
