The space Our spacious loft space with black out blinds and wooden shutters is located on the second floor along with the en-suite bathroom, dedicated work space area and top floor landing for generous luggage storage. Complimentary Wifi. A small kitchenette for sole use can be found on the ground floor to prepare light meals. Other things to note This is a top floor room in a large family house (other occupants are 2 adults and 2 children 11/8 years old). Couples/two friends are welcome for shorter stays and for an extra guest fee per night. Please refer to the extra guest fee in the listing. Laundry and bed linen: Laundry load is £9 including detergent. £8 if you have your own. Dryer load is £8. We also provide a drying rack! Bed linen change over is £15. We also welcome longer than monthly stays for a single person on request. Please NOTE: Use of washing machine for x1 load of washing per week is included for guests who book 2-MONTHS STAYS and beyond. (Detergent not included) The closest station West Norwood is a 3 min walk away. Tulse Hill station 10min walk and West Dulwich 15min walk. Brixton underground station is a short bus ride from our house. Wimbledon tennis is 17min train journey from Tulse Hill train station. Crystal Palace football is a bus journey away. Battersea Power Station shopping centre is 4 stops from West Norwood station (Southern Trainline). Shala Yoga centre is around the corner from our house. Dulwich park and Dulwich Woods are walking distance. We recommend the Rosendale Pub for lunch or dinner around the corner - turn left as you walk out of our house, all the way down Chestnut Road until the end of the street. You will find the Rosendale Pub on the right. There is a no-frills but amazing Vietnamese restaurant (Tam’s kitchen) on West Norwood High Street - highly recommend for lunch or a quick meal before going out!
