Bright private room in Prague

The house is located 18 min away from the center with public transport, 5 min with a car, in a very quiet area of Prague, where you get to stay a few mins away from overcrowded and overpriced touristic center, yet enjoy real feel of Prague. 24 hours tram and bus stop is a few steps away from home. The space You will be living in a 4-floor house. The toilets and the bathrooms are on each floor, shared with other guests and are under your disposal no matter on which floor you live in. House is equipped with a kitchen, fast internet, fridges, microwave, kettles, and stoves. During your stay I live nearby so I can be there in 15 min should there be any need for it, I am always around the house when I am not at work during the day, otherwise, I am reachable day and night any time via phone or Airbnb. My Friend Alex who is also a co-hosts lives in the same house. In case of urgency you can always contact to him Other things to note At the end of the day, this room is not a 5 star hotel. So if you are a perfectionist and look for 5-star hotel experience please stay elsewhere. -When you giving feedback and stars, please note that anything less than 5 stars are considered bad on airbnb (they put listing down and threaten me with warning mails and calls). While 4 or 3 star is fine for hotels, on airbnb it is very bad. So please make sure you read everything so it meets your requirements (Read the room description). I mention this cause sometimes people are very happy with stay but give me 3 or 4 stars used to hotel systems and then I get airbnb complaining about me. Please don't stay here if you think you will give me 3 or 4 stars in advance. PROS AND CONS PROS (good things): - Quiet residential location - Cheap - Meet exciting new people from all around the world - You have your own room - Washing machine (we charge for it) - Cleaned every day - You can leave the bags after check out and come back for it later (we are not responsible for the security of the bags) -The big garden behind the house CONS (bad things): - It has 10 rooms, so expect active common areas. - Despite the flat being cleaned every day no exception, it will not be spotless as its used by other guests. - You might have to wait to use the toilet, have a shower or cook a meal but this cannot be avoided in a shared flat. - Not a good place for a noise-sensitive/perfectionist person.
