Peaceful private bedroom with a full bathroom

Welcome to our peaceful and calm room in North Ocala. Even though, we are located in a quiet neighborhood, you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just 8 minutes from I-75, Downtown Ocala is 11 min away. Less than 15 min away from Publix, Walmart, Aldi. Also, there are tons of attractions and fun things to do in Ocala, like Springs, beaches like Daytona, World Equestrian Center, and even adventure parks where you can go zip line. The space You would enjoy a private room, private bathroom with its own entrance. We use a keypad lock, this will allow you to come in the home at any time. The room comes with a queen bed, a leather chair and a tv where you can watch your favorite movies or shows from Hulu, Amazon prime or Disney +. You would have your own private bathroom where you can take a hot shower at anytime. A mini fridge, microwave and Kcup pod coffee maker to enjoy any tea or coffee of your preference in the morning! TAKE INTO ACCOUNT.. even thought you have your own space in our house, we live on the other side so the MAIN ENTRANCE would be SHARED with us.. We have 3 cats that are going to be on our side of the house where they are not going to bother your stay at all! Guest access You would have access to your bedroom, bathroom, hallway, entrance and the porch. Also the right part of the driveway where you can park your car with no problem! During your stay We live in the house so feel free to reach out if you need anything! You just need to text or you can ring our doorbell and we will be helping you soon as possible. Other things to note Our home is your home! Please be respectful and follow the rules • No guns/weapons/illegal substances in the house • Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person. • NO Smoking at anytime inside the house Any violations of these rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation, even after check-in. Checkout time is 10:00 am; if you leave sooner, we really appreciate if you could shoot us a message to let us know you’re on your way!
