The private guest bathroom on ground floor has complimentary toiletries, towels, WC and hand shower over the bath. Plus a second toilet also for your exclusive use. Open glass stairs. Very quiet coastal area with limited facilities in the village, free parking, beach at the bottom of the hill, over the road. The space You will have both bedrooms during your stay. Bedroom 1 'The Beach room' has a small double bed, table and chairs, chest of drawer, storage chest, hangers and fan. Bedroom 2 'The New York room' has a double, a single bed, chest of drawers, hangers, storage and fan. Between both rooms is an area with tea/coffee, tiny mini fridge (big enough for milk) cups/glasses, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, first aid bag, WIFI code and night lights. You have a full, guest only bathroom downstairs with shower over the bath, wc, as well as a separate guest only single wc next door to your bathroom, both exclusively for your use. We have night lights on the stairs leading to the bathroom for your convenience during the nights. If guests need to use a stand up shower, we also have our own private shower you can use if needed. **** Due to a recent review, we are inviting guests to double check the listing before booking as we are just a small airBnb of 2 bedrooms and a private separate bathroom. We live onsite, don’t offer a kitchen, Lounge/TV area etc, just what is described in the listing. Our village is very quiet with limited facilities. Hosts live on site and Rich works from home office so always around if you need anything. During your stay Rich is home most of the time and can be reached 24/7 by message if you need any information or help. Other things to note Great for walkers, surfers and beach lovers. You can use our body board, dry bag, dry robes and towels if you fancy braving the water for a dip or riding the waves. We also have 1 friendly cat who may want to say hello when you arrive but we encourage keeping the doors closed on your two rooms, to keep it cat free. Ogmore by Sea is a small quiet village with limited facilities but has great views and lovely coastal walks. Not much in the area but good for the heritage coast.
