Our 2 bedroom apartment has bay, mountain, and views of San Francisco, and only 10 minutes away from SFO and the city. The apartment has two queen beds (one in each bedroom). Our recent eco-friendly remodel reflects our commitment to health and sustainability. We’ve chosen cork and tile flooring, using environmentally conscious materials sourced from Ecohome Improvement, a highly regarded store in Berkeley. We also take pride in offering an allergen-free environment, featuring a mattress made of organic cotton to ensure your comfort and well-being. Your private apartment is located on the lower level of our home, offering a cozy and inviting space. The kitchen is well-equipped for light cooking, featuring a full-sized refrigerator, induction cookplate, and microwave. The bathroom includes a luxurious jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a flat-panel TV with Roku channels for your entertainment. High-speed internet is available, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. To maintain a safe, allergen-free environment for all our guests, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets that may trigger allergies. Guest access Guests also have access to the San Bruno mountains on our private road. There is brand new modern high capacity washer and dryer in the apartment. We have a crib as well for those folks that are coming with babies (we understand, we have two of our own). Other things to note This is a completely separate apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. The home has 3 apartments and this is one of the 3 apartments. Madhouse Coffee: a good place for coffee and breakfast. Authentic mexican restaurant downtown, not great but better than other restaurants in town. The vietnamese restaurant as well has decent, cheap sandwiches and pho. Farmers market: every thursday afternoon (downtown Brisbane). Small supermarket downtown. Some selection of organic foods. One thing to note which is repeated several times throughout our description is that our house is on the hill and it's secluded. Therefore, some folks have found that driving up a hill might not be to their taste. San Francisco, Brisbane and a lot of other towns in the Bay Area have homes on the hill. That fact adds to the charm for some folks and for others it's a driving challenge. I added a picture of the road leading to the house.
