The place is situated at the heart of Quezon city where one can access SM North Edsa/ Trinoma malls via the exclusive footbridge. The space The unit is fully furnished with: LIVING ROOM 1. TV with Bose home speaker system. You can also connect your mobile device via bluetooth to the speaker system to enjoy your favorite music. 2. A sofabed that converts to a sturdy mattress (pullout bed) to accommodate 1 extra guest. 3. Unlimited WiFi. 4. Wooden- side table and a wall mounted 3- door cabinet. BEDROOM WITH BALCONY 1. Double-sized bed for 2 guests with bed sheets, blankets, pillows (with pillow cover and pillow protector). 2. Split type air conditioning, opaque roller blinds for the windows, large wall mounted mirrors, elegant blue-colored bedroom lamps. 3. 3-door built in wardrobe closet. KITCHEN 1. Microwave, fridge, under cabinet pull-out dish drying rack, stove, water kettle, kitchenware and water filter (not for drinking). BATHROOM 1. Walk in shower closet, washing machine (washer and spinner, NO DRYER), water heater, bidet and toiletries. NOTE: Bed sheets, pillows, towels, soaps and shampoo and toothpaste are provided only on the first day. The place boasts of amenities like an olympic-size ,adult and kiddie pool (NOTE: as per new condo admin policy guest can use the pools except the main/olympic pool in front of Tower 1), basketball court, badminton court, a gym, each of which can be availed with a fee that guests have to pay (150/amenity/head/day).Pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance. Payment has to be made by the guest at the admin office located at the Pavillion. Transportation is available at the lobby (security will be there to assist you). Public transport can also be found in SM North Edsa. Accessible to mass transport like LRT AND MRT. Parking: There is pay parking available inside the condo premises- first come, first served: 60 pesos for the 1st 2 hours, plus 20 pesos for every succeeding hour. Please ask lobby personnel for availability. There is also available overnight parking at the nearby SM north edsa mall. Never worry about security. It is a safe place to stay with a 24-hour CCTV and cordial security personnel. Guest access Guest access Free use of the kid's play area, jogging path and footbridge to the mall. Other things to note A scanned or photographed ID (government ID for Filipinos, passport for guests from abroad) is required for filling out Visitor's Authorization Form which will serve as your pass in and out of the condo premises.
