Super central, cozy studio with balcony in lovely Max Vorstadt. Just 10 minutes by metro to Oktoberfest. There is a size 140x200 bed and a nice table for dining or working. Watch Netflix on the big TV. The kitchen is simple but there is basically everything you need. For the bathroom I provide fresh towels, soap and shampoo.
